Advisor

Advisor is an expert-consultation interface. Instead of a single generalist voice, it switches between ten specialist personas depending on what you ask — an appraiser for valuation questions, a buyer's agent for negotiation, an inspector for condition concerns, and so on.

The ten personas

Advisor rotates between these ten specialist voices. Auto-selection reads keywords in your message and picks the best fit; Professional tier and above can override the pick manually.

What triggers each persona

Auto-selection scans your message for persona-specific keywords. A short guide to what bubbles each voice up:

How to use it

  1. Open Advisor from your Dashboard.
  2. Type a question. The persona strip at the top reflects who's answering — it updates automatically based on your message's keywords.
  3. For deeper follow-up, stay in the same thread. Advisor keeps context between turns within a session.
  4. If you're on Professional tier or above, use the persona dropdown to force a specific persona — useful when you want, say, the appraiser's view on a property someone else is thinking about.
  5. Paste Zillow URLs directly into a message to anchor the conversation to a specific listing.

A worked example

You're about to bid on a 1987 colonial that Custom RAAM scored 78 against your profile. You ask Advisor: "What should I flag for inspection on this house?" The Home Inspector persona activates automatically — it flags common 1987-era concerns (electrical panel vintage, roof age, original HVAC), notes a specific inspection step for the zip code's soil type, and suggests a budget range for typical findings. You follow up: "And how hard should I negotiate given comps?" The Buyer's Agent persona takes over, reads the active listing, and gives you a specific negotiation angle. Two questions, two specialists, one continuous thread.

Advisor vs. Chat

Chat is the free-tier general-purpose interface — fast and good for interpreting your own scores. Advisor is deeper and opinionated, with ten specialist lenses. Pick Chat when you need a quick interpretation; pick Advisor when you want an expert take on a specific aspect of a specific property.
