What if listing or property data can’t be loaded?
We pull listing details through our property-data pipeline. If a listing is missing, the site blocks the scrape, or our provider is temporarily unavailable, you’ll see an error instead of a fake score. Wait a few minutes and try again with the same URL—network and third-party outages do happen.
If an analysis fails, do I lose an evaluation?
No. If we can’t complete your analysis because listing data couldn’t be fetched or the score couldn’t be computed, we don’t keep that evaluation charge—try again without burning a successful run. If something looks wrong after a successful analysis, email support@raam.homes.
Is Custom RAAM legal, tax, or financial advice?
No. Custom RAAM is a decision-support tool: it organizes research and applies your weights to available data. It is not a substitute for a qualified attorney, lender, inspector, or financial advisor. Always verify facts on the ground before you make an offer.
How current is the data?
