1. Who we are
This policy applies to the RAAM Score Chrome extension ("Extension") and the website raam.homes ("Site") operated by Custom RAAM.
2. What data the Extension handles
The Extension uses the activeTab permission only when you click the extension icon. At that moment it reads the current tab's URL solely to:
- Determine whether you are on a Zillow property details page, and
- If so, open the Site's quick-score page with that URL in the address (e.g. as a
?url=parameter).
The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, other tabs, or any other data. It does not send the URL to any server from the extension itself; the only "transfer" of the URL is when your browser navigates to raam.homes with the URL in the link you chose to open.
3. What data the Site collects and uses
When you use the Site (including when you arrive from the Extension with a Zillow URL), the Site may collect and use data as described in its general privacy practices (e.g. account data if you sign up, usage on the Site, and the URLs you submit for scoring). See the rest of this policy and any notices on the Site for those details.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share user data with third parties for advertising, data brokers, or similar. We share data only as needed to operate the service (e.g. hosting, analytics if disclosed), to comply with law, or as otherwise described in this policy.
5. Compliance with Chrome Web Store policies
Our use of information received from Chrome (including the current tab URL when you use the Extension) adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that data only to provide the Extension's single purpose (one-click access to the RAAM score for the Zillow listing you are viewing) and do not use it for advertising, selling data, or other prohibited purposes.
6. Your choices
You can uninstall the Extension at any time from Chrome. You can stop using the Site at any time. For account or other data requests, contact us using the details below.
