Quick Score
Quick Score is a lightweight entry point: paste a Zillow listing URL, confirm the property, and the site shows you a preview frame with a clear next step. It's designed for triage and for first-time visitors who want to see the tool without committing to signing up first.
Who Quick Score is for
- First-time visitors. No account. Paste a listing, see what RAAM looks like against that property, decide whether to go further.
- Chrome-extension and bookmarklet users. Quick Score is the landing for the one-click installers that route any Zillow listing through it.
- Anyone who wants a sanity check on a listing before committing attention to a full analysis.
What you see when you use it
What Quick Score returns depends on whether you're signed in.
- Anonymous visitor. Quick Score shows a preview card with a
locked score placeholder (
--/100) and a clear "Unlock your custom score" call-to-action that routes into Building your profile. The real score requires a saved profile, so the preview is a funnel into the full tool — not a finished result. - Signed-in visitor with a profile. Quick Score redirects to your Dashboard with the property's Zillow URL pre-filled in the analyze input. From there you're one click from a full scored analysis.
How to use it
- Install the Chrome extension or bookmarklet (linked from the
Custom RAAM landing), or just visit
/custom-raam/quick-scoreand paste a URL manually. - Confirm the detected property. The tool previews the address and basic facts so you know it found the right listing.
- Depending on your sign-in state, either create a profile (the four-step Build flow) or let Quick Score hand you off to the Dashboard for the full scoring run.
A worked example
You're scrolling Zillow on your phone on a Saturday. You see a
listing that might be interesting. You tap your RAAM bookmarklet
— it opens Quick Score with the listing loaded. You aren't signed
in, so the preview card shows the locked --/100 placeholder plus
the property's address and a "See your score" CTA. You decide it's
worth a real look, tap the CTA, go through Build on your phone,
and end up on your Dashboard with a real score in about two
minutes.
When to use something else
- For a real score, you need Build. Quick Score is the invitation, not the destination.
- For a deep read, use Deep Analysis or the full Property Report.
- For multiple properties at once, use Compare.
Common questions
- Why is the score blank? The preview is intentionally locked for anonymous visitors — a real RAAM score requires a profile, and the score would be misleading otherwise. Build a profile to see your actual number.
- Do I have to create an account? The browser-based Quick Score can be used anonymously, but any real score requires a profile (which requires an email).
- How is Quick Score different from the Dashboard analyze input? They land in the same place for signed-in users. Quick Score adds the anonymous-preview entry point for first-time visitors.
